A $200 MAD design personal ultralight basic blimp. Propulsion extra.

An improved MiniBlimp called "MiniDirigible" which I designed and modeled today.

Triangular miniDirigible by Meece Air Design, January 2011. The window in this bottom half of the envelope provides a hard point called the "Load Collar" which is for mounting the gondola.

Here is a top view of the triangular dirigible and the "Load Collar" aperture from which the gondola will hang. Twenty five lift bags will be inserted into the envelope through the load collar.

The 1 mil PE, polyethylene, film hangs down in an airfoil shape. When another, similar shape is placed inverted and placed on top of this shape, a lifting body is created.
